The Smoke House
At Yorwarth's we have 15 years experience of smoking fish. All our smoked fish, is smoked by us, in our shop, based in Seaford, East Sussex. We use UK oak and other timbers from local wood cutters to create our bespoke smoked fish flavour, found nowhere else.
Our range includes: hot smoked salmon, cold smoked salmon, hot smoked mackerel, hot smoked trout, kippers, bloaters, buckling, cods roe, smoked sprats, smoked sardines, smoked prawns, Seaford smokies (locally caught whiting).
